Yes, it is an actual movie. Entertainingly enough I actually saw it on T.V. prior to beholding it on the internet. It's an interesting representation, but even though it seems low budget I have to give them some credit. I just hope that the next step is a very well done live action movie, becuase of course there is no point in making a film about such an intelligent poem if it is going to be "half-assed".
